'BlueGardenAtelier started from an aspiration: to share true Neapolitan pizza with London. Established by the Romano lineage in 1985, our pizza shop was once a quaint, family-oriented business rooted in ancestral recipes.
Marco Romano, our progenitor, honed her pizza craft across Italy, apprenticing with renowned pizza chefs in Naples—the cradle of pizza. On her return to the UK, she aspired to offer the exact taste of classic Italian pizza, staying true to customary techniques and top-tier ingredients.
Our initial 12-seater eatery has since evolved into a cherished local stronghold, yet our dedication to excellence and genuineness stands firm. Continually employing our traditional wood-fired ovens, daily fresh dough preparation, and select premium components.
Currently, 'BlueGardenAtelier' is still a family venture, governed by the Romano's second generation who steer our enthusiastic crew. Despite modern enhancements, we remain rooted to our core mission: delivering scrumptious, real pizza that unites patrons.
