Welcome to the BlueGardenAtelier website located at bluegardenatelier.sbs (Site). Please read these Terms & Conditions (the Terms) carefully because they govern your use of our Site and our pizza ordering services accessible via our Site. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Order Placement and Acceptance

Orders can be placed through the Site. Once you have selected your pizza and any other products from the menu, you will have the opportunity to submit your order by clicking on the Place Order button. Please note that it is important that you check the information that you enter and correct any errors before clicking on the Place Order button since once you click on this, errors cannot be corrected.

2. Payment

All prices are listed in £. Payment for your order must be made via an accepted credit card or payment service. By submitting your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable payment method at our convenience but within thirty (30) days of credit card authorization.

3. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within a limited period after placing it. If the order preparation has not started, we will refund the total amount. If the order preparation has already begun, we reserve the right to deny cancellation or refund.

4. Delivery and Pickup

Delivery areas and pickup options will be provided during the order process. We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated; however, we cannot be held responsible for any delays beyond our control.

5. Product Information

We strive to ensure that information on the Site is complete and reliable. Certain information may contain pricing errors, typographical errors and other errors or inaccuracies, which we may correct without liability.

6. User Conduct

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Site.
